A light and delicious chicken stew with vegetables, potatoes and chicken over a golden brown pie crust. A complete medium-sized meal so no side dish served with it.

Fresh eggplant cut into pieces battered and rolled in seasoned breadcrumbs and lightly fried. Topped with fresh tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese and served over fettuccine alfredo.

Hamburguesa De Frijoles Negros

I think this an absolutely fabulous non-meat burger. We serve it with ranch salsa on the side, on a toasted bun, with lettuce, tomato and onion garnish, with your choice of side dish.

Brie Al Horno

Creamy brie cheese with a puff pastry top baked golden brown in our open-flame oven so it's warm and soft inside. Served with fresh-baked french bread and apple slices.
