I am partial to a BK any day and visit this one if I am in the Tralee area. There has been a problem with cleanliness in the customer dining area for a number of years. Food and sundries left on tables and on the floor. Table tops in need of a wash down, just simple cleaning tasks not done. On my visits, I found items there on arrival were still there on departure. It is something that needs attention but has so far gone past the noses of management. I have never seen staff on the floor cleaning while I was there. Full food bin and dirty tray return units.
