Ordering an eat-in tray service and getting it in a bag for eat out. Having to go back to the counter constantly when I visit for basic sundries like ketchup, salt, and napkins as in my last visit for 2 people it included no sundries at all. Simple basics are lacking. Otherwise the staff are courteous, and the food is of generic BK quality, but the issues I have mentioned could easily be addressed by management. I must add the caveat that this is a shared franchise with a SUBWAY sharing the premises. I have yet to observe SUBWAY staff partaking in cleaning the customer eat-in areas either.
