Agregué curry extra y sustituí los anacardos por las nueces pecanas. Debido a las otras reseñas, lo preparé la noche anterior a un picnic y luego lo serví en panecillos de brioche.
Preparación fácil y divertida. El curry es una adición tan ingeniosa. Me costó aceptar la fruta en mi ensalada de pollo, pero esto fue realmente delicioso y sin culpa.
Omití las cebollas y el apio, sustituí las pasas por arándanos secos y las uvas rojas por verdes, y olvidé tostar las nueces pecanas. Servido en una tortilla de trigo.
