I'm normally pretty skeptic about making vegetarian dishes because the often end up relatively bland, but this one is awesome.
Been making this recipe of Alicia's for years now and I'm really great full to her since it's fun to make, nutitious, vegetarian and gluten-free!
Do to other reviews I used only half of the Garam Masala and used very little Cayene pepper. It turned out great.I served it over rice with Spinach Paner and Nam bread. A great meal.
