ExcellentMy husband, who is a red meat kind of guy, really enjoyed thisI made a couple of minor changes.
Solidly good! Great summer comfort food. I had a bottle of sweet baby ray's hawaiian bbq that needed to be used up and this was perfect.
Cooking 7 minutes per side was too long. The chicken was tough. Lower heat probably would help.
