El perfil de sabor está justo, pero encontré la receta un poco sosa, como si le faltara algo y no hubiera suficiente sazón de lo que estaba. Agregué un poco de sriracha y ayudó un montón.
Me gustó y lo volveré a hacer con algunas modificaciones, pero en general estoy feliz de decir que ahora puedo disfrutar de mi Pad Thai en casa sin tener que pedirlo.
Lo mantuve igual. Me gustó que no esté caliente y picante. Todos añadimos salsa picante a nuestro gusto. Muy agradable comida, un placer cocinar para la familia.
