This is how I like and usually make my calzones, only that I also add crème fraiche to the dough. LG camouflage165
Since the two pictures have just been activated, a little info about it. In the first picture I pulled out the pizza in between and put the cheese on it later. In the second picture we put the cheese on it. You can see the difference I think :-)
Today we had the calzone again. I only used 250g of batter per pizza and it was in the oven for 10 minutes. So only take the times as a guide and keep an eye on the pizza :-)
