Después de ahumar una panceta de cerdo ayer, la preparé y terminé para el desayuno de hoy.
Delicioso y exactamente lo que estaba buscando para replicar aperitivos de panceta de cerdo al estilo de restaurante que he probado.
Me encanta esta receta. No la leí hasta el día que la estaba haciendo, así que no la dejé enfriar tanto como debería, ¡pero aún así salió genial! Me habría encantado una salsa para acompañarla.
