Mörderlecker, habe ich zu Kichererbsen-Bratlingen verspeist. Die leichte Säure habe ich noch mit einem Schuss Palmrohrzucker aufgewogen. Und auch noch frischen Koriander dazu.
Hallo, ein sehr leckeres Rezept. Passte sehr gut zu dem Tandoori-Huhn und dem Vegetarischen-Gemüsecurry. Man sollte es wirklich gut durch ziehen lassen, dann entfalten sich die Aromen und vereinen sich zu einem wahren Geschmackserlebnis. Beste Grüße ...
