Siempre estropeo el arroz. Omití la sal y agregué 3.5 tazas de caldo de pollo. ¡Es delicioso!!!!!!!! Es absolutamente perfecto.
¡Wow! Esta receta y técnica son simples pero perfectas. Nunca pensé en cocinar arroz en el horno, pero este es el mejor arroz que he hecho. Mi hijo y yo no pudimos tener suficiente.
Hice esto de nuevo. Esta vez con arroz blanco que hice en mi arrocera. Cociné primero la cebolla en mantequilla/aceite y luego la mezclé con el arroz.
