Me encantó esta receta. Estoy reseñando porque no vi reseñas que dijeran que usaron vieiras grandes, en lugar de las pequeñas vieiras de bahía, que es lo que hice.
Esta fue una receta horrible. Estoy confundido sobre por qué fue calificada tan alto. He cocinado vieiras muchas veces y esto fue muy decepcionante.
