"Has the WORST experience of my life, with these people tonight! Order Skip the dishes for delivery, 2 plates and 2 pages Cesar Salate (before I think forward). It took an hour to the door of the time I ordered, then we opened the bag to find ONE PLATTER ONLY! Not even a side salad! So I'll call the restaurant directly and let them know immediately what we lacked (I don't pay $40 for a dish and so all right). I couldn't have been clearer in my words, I even had to say what I said to the guy on the phone to whom he said, "ok we will deliver free immediately." Good. A HOUR later (now 20:00), I contact the dishes and let him know that we are waiting for delivery for an hour and I would just want my money back. He then informed me that he spoke to the restaurant and said they had no intention to deliver because they “unsafe” what I lacked!!! The restaurant calls me and says they're sorry, it was totally their fault and asked if I could come to THE NEXT DAY to crash a PLATTER... wants to know why? Because it was “GETTING LATE”!!! Are you kidding?! I didn't order the delivery so I could pick it up the next day!! I'll never order from these fools again! Save yourself the mourning and headache, order from Boston Pizza!!! #pitabasketfail"
