First, my wife ordered a cheeseburger for me, which was made with perfectly thick slices of eggplant and steamed tomato sauce, designed to ensure that you can enjoy every bite without getting bored. My daughter, who is in middle school, was delighted with the freshly fried egg dish. The Yamagishi beef burger was crafted with a great, thick finish. Although I usually prefer chicken, I decided to try the pork steak, and it did not disappoint. Being pork, I was a bit hesitant, but it paired wonderfully with the Japanese-style sauce, and I found it very satisfying. I also tried a standard hamburger, which, despite being thinner than expected, was still grilled to perfection. The vegetable side dish was particularly impressive, as it didn’t require any additional warm vegetables to complement it. The rice was cooked well, with a delightful Japanese flavor that really stood out. Overall, it was an experience that made me appreciate what this place has to offer. You can really feel the owner's personality and heart in this lovely restaurant."
First Restaurant in Yomitan Village. The cheese hamburger was amazing! It felt like the chef had personally sliced it, which added a nice touch. I was surprised by how delicious the dish was! The cheese hamburger was generously wrapped in aluminum, delighting the senses with its appearance, aroma, and sauce. The small shop had a cozy atmosphere, and I definitely want to visit again!
