When I visited the Fayetteville, NC location, my salad arrived with wilted, brown lettuce, and the mac and cheese was watery and lacked any flavor. Additionally, the bread was carelessly tossed into the bag, which, while it may be standard practice for the restaurant, raises concerns about hygiene since the bread can come into contact with other items. I ended up discarding it because I believe bread should always be wrapped or placed in a separate bag for cleanliness. Moreover, I think restaurants should make efforts to keep their menu items in stock. When ordering salads or other healthy options, it's also wise to check the nutritional information, as some dishes that appear healthy can actually be high in sodium and sugar.
