Pizza Express - Aberdeen City

We were were waiting more than an 40 mins even though we had bookings and had five hungry children. We were simply apauled . Other people came and went while we patiteitly waited for food . Delivery orders seem to be more important, join us and boy cott this chane , before you're next . Pizza express should be called pizza slow .

What a nice experience tonight! Unfortunately I am away for work during valentines day. Oblivious until I realised that would mean me dining alone on a celebrated night for couples. AWKWARD! Put on my big girl pants and headed to the closest Pizza express (club app is awesome- lots of discounts if you are a fan) because its a easy favourite. Had a laugh with the staff regarding my table for 1 situation. Food perfect- classic pizza express quality. Service was great and attentive and everything as needed, with all requests met with happiness. Asked for a takeaway dessert as Its nice to have a sneaky treat before bed.... but mid snack I realised this was the note the server gave me..... how lovely. We had a giggle on my awkward dining experience, we talked about how being women it's always difficult being out dining alone. But this blew me away! So Niesa (hope this is the right name) thank you for supporting the lady on table 27 at approx 8pm. You are wonderful, thoughtful and a great champion of the pizza express brand! Hope they reward you well for the exceptional service. Happy valentines day!

Always good to find a Pizza Express. Nice having the option of changing the bases and liking the new sundae's very much.

Was a lovely restaurant and the waiter with the blonde long hair and ponytail was excellent very welcoming and accommodating, but the staff need to be retrained on gluten free products, my son had the gf dough balls apparently but the staff weren't 100% sure they were gf and my son was back and fourth to the toilet most of the night afterwards. I dunno what has happened but need to be more vigilant on what they are serving thankfully atm my son only has an intolerance and not a full blown allergy otherwise could be a different review am writing

Love visiting this branch of Pizza express. Always great service
