We walked from our Airbnb to this restaurant/hotel for dinner and it did not disappoint! The service was so kind and welcoming. We did not have reservations but due to how early we arrived they fit us in. We were so thankful. The food was lovely and tasted even better! It has become a very fond memory of our experience in Scotland! This is a gem of a restaurant, between the yummy food, welcoming service and the stunning view one can not go wrong here! Nearby activities: Aberfeldy is a great hub to get to ALL that Scotland has to offer! There are so many castles within the area, walking trails and let’s not forget Glencoe! Personally when we were there we went to the Jacobite Train Ride, Dunnottar Castle, hiked Fiddler’s Path, checked out Fortingall Yew Tree and the thatched roofs of Kirkton Cottages, Castle Menzies, Ben Nevis, went to the visitors center of Glencoe, hiked Lochan Trail and Urquhart Castle. Very good restaurant! We enjoyed our meal very much. Everything was homemade. The fish and chips were delicious as well as the fresh cut fries. Playground for children, fenced. And a nice view as a bonus. Count £6 for a children's dish and £16 for an adult dish. Toasties are of course less expensive. At 12:30 p.m. the restaurant was almost full on weekdays, so I would recommend booking ahead anyway. Service: 5 Location: 5
