Mingarry Park - Acharacle

At the opening weekend I had the most fantastic meal. emma and her colleagues were very friendly and the dining room and the environment were immaculate. the food was to die for portion size was well judged and the ingredients were so fresh and tasty. we will be recommended again in the week for more!

We enjoyed an amazing meal in the beautiful restaurant at the end of an enormous week in this beautiful part of the Scottish highlands. the cauliflower option was sublime and the baked alaska erdnussbutter parfait was just the best I cost. in any case back.

Couldn’t fault the afternoon tea, absolutely delish. Beautiful setting and exceptional service. Well worth the trip!

Only had 1 night but wish we had booked more. Wonderful accommodation. Room was outstanding only bettered by the food in the restaurant. Amazing meal and fantastically friendly staff. Will definitely be coming back. Cannot recommend enough first class hotel.

My husband and I stayed here in May for our honeymoon, we stayed for 6 nights, they upgraded us to the suite for the first 2 nights, free of charge, as the room was vacant for those two nights, which after a 13 hour journey was very much appreciated. And the room was absolutely perfect, neither of us have ever stayed anywhere so clean! It all looked brand new! The breakfast was amazing, every day, and the restaurant in the evening was very good too. After the first 2 nights in the suite, we went to our room for the next 4 nights, and although it was smaller, it still did not disappoint, still absolutely spotless, and the bed was definitely the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in! All the staff were very helpful, and accommodating and we will definitely visit again! Stunning part of the world, made even better by 25-26 degrees!
