Portillo's - Addison

I waited for my dinner, the guy with the black bart. only those who have no masks prepared for our eating. I don't care how he prepared our food. I will skip the details. if they see what I sold, they would probably never order their food from this place again. By the way, eating was in order, so I marked 2 stars.

This location has been the worst Portillo’s I’ve ever experienced. Not only do they happen to NEVER get orders correct, but they continue to never give the full order you pay for. Employees are so careless and have attitude when you ask for napkins since they never wipe the cups down before handing them to you. Management should focus on the lack of effort their employees provide, terribly ran location! This was my cheeseburger after waiting in a 30 minute line, and I’d show the rest if it wasn’t forgotten either!!

Always messing up the orders!! Missing either the sauce or cheese fries! All workers are always nice and friendly however, doesn’t help when they NEVER get my order correct!! I think it has to do with the way the order comes up. So you can see on the picture it says 2 TEND with 2 BBQ, well it’s supposed to be 2 BBQ for EACH order, and the 2 reg cheese sauce was for the fries ?

You can never have enough chocolate cake! I heard this place has been slower than usual so I ordered lunch and a cake online for pickup on a Friday afternoon and it was ready on the pickup counter exactly when I needed it! Staff was helpful

Hotdogs were very unique and tastes like a perfect lunch which was very good to eat.
