It took them 3 attempts to get my dinner right, the same meal I’ve ordered 10 times in prior visits (a medium steak with grilled vegetables). His attitude was poor, didn’t think it was a big deal that the rest of my party were done their meals by the time my meal showed up for the final iteration, and ultimately disagreed that the dining experience was about more than the food. It’s too bad, we’ve long been loyal customers, but we won’t be going back
It’s gotta be one of the best places I have ever dined at. Amazing and attentive service. Rosa, our waitress, was was very good at serving and helping us out with the menu. Definitely am going back
Went to dinner on Wednesday night. Place was not full at all, but service was a slower than normal. They also seemed to be skimping on the bread sticks. When you ask for more, they will charge you. They were good so I don’t mind the extra charge, but it does not make for a good customer experience.
The food is very good but the service is so so slow.
First time dining here and would definitely go back. Everyone in our party of 5 enjoyed our entire meals, from the ceviches to the steaks and seafoods. The steaks were exceptionally tender and flavorful. Service was friendly and attentive.
