I had cancelled the wrong order requesting a refund for food not gotten. The cashier threatened to come over the counter and beat me I am 59 .I will never return and suggest you think about it before you go.This happened August the 30 2024.around 12:30 pm
Our food was delicious! Our lunch was prepared quickly and was hot when it served to us. Our fries were actually fully cooked and hot, not cold, limp, and only partially cooked like is so often served at some other fast food places ?Zaxby’s). Our order called for four chicken tenders per plate, but there were more than that on each. The sweet tea was also very tasty. Parking: There is enough parking, actually more than is needed. On the Friday we were there the drive through stayed full as most customers preferred to get their orders to go.
Went to drive through and no one responded.Thought they were closed but as I left 2 cars were waiting around window. Backed up to drive through AGAIN no response.So drove to the window and employee said she could not take my order to go back try again. After 2 times I gave up. I can not believe that I received this kind of service...even after explaining to her...she said she could not hear me.REALLY poor response I left and will not be returning.
Discovered this place today while riding bikes me and my little man decided to check it out was really tasty and nice people would stop by again
Went by today for lunch and was very impressed with the service and the quality of the food. Thanks Carters you did your big one today!! Service is a big factor for me and you were amazing and the food was hot and fresh!!
