Subway - Adelphi

I visit this place every Wednesday after my 3:50 class, and let me tell you, nothing makes me hungrier than seeing the utter despair in that young man's eyes when he asks for the 300th time that day, "What type of bread?" Mmm mmm, who knew that the secret to making my Italian herb cheese so light and airy was to suck out its soul? Thanks, Subway!

I work in the food service industry near this restaurant, and I would actually love to work here because the employees don't wear masks while serving food. They seem to carelessly grab handfuls of vegetables instead of distributing them evenly on the sandwiches. It's amusing that the customers seem to follow the rules better than the staff who are being paid to uphold them.

I had lunch at this Subway today, and I felt compelled to write a review due to the fantastic customer service I received. The employee who assisted me was incredibly friendly and wore a smile throughout my visit. When I mentioned that the soda machine wasn't working properly, although I was fine with my vitamin water, he offered to check on it and encouraged me to take a complimentary bottle of soda. Excellent customer service! I will definitely be returning soon!

I tend to go to this subway roughly once a week. I usually order the same thing each time and they always get it right. I notice that the portions (meat specifically) is a little less compared to other locations further out from the university, however, still fulfilling nonetheless. The staff are sometimes a little slow when making the food due to communication issues. I assume it's due to the mask, therefore, I tend to have to repeat myself a few times. Overall, satisfying each time I go here.

They really need to respect door dash drivers.. I dont understand why they make the job harder for people its unnecessary and unprofessional from their behalf to have us finish the order that they have to complete.. we are just delivery drivers not your employees
