Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe ate out of here tonight. we usually don't go to the one my man ordered from the wrong one. but we had heard good things. our order was: medium butter chicken was not a choir for what ever. medium butter...paneer we specifically asked if it could be the same as the butter chicken sauce not listed in the menu that we said. was not the same sauce, but the one listed on their menu. that would have been in order, but we have specifically asked if it could be done specifically. there was no spicy at all and very blanching. the staff was very difficult to understand, but nice and friendly. Cream and cheese naan no cheese was just garlic was very disappointing for a $55 meal for 2 people is made back to home Indian.
The food at this restaurant was very greasy and heavily seasoned. The service was alright, but the prices were high in comparison to the quality of the food. I recommend trying out some of the other restaurants in the area, as they offer much better options at a similar price point.
After enjoying delicious meals at Masala for many years, we decided to order takeout. We were told the order would be ready in 35 minutes, but ended up waiting over an hour for it to arrive. When the food finally came, it was all cold and some items were missing. We were informed by the delivery person that they had 10 other orders to deliver. We were disappointed to have paid $8 for delivery on a large order only to have everything arrive cold.
Eating is good expensive for dipping, but taking out is reasonable. every time (this is about 5 times) I was there because I pampered myself. I gave them some chances that the bad service was a 'once off', but it didn't. to be better. we held a party with eight people there once (pre-booked), and they over a 1.5 hours to start eating out, and there were no other people in the restaurant instead of prioritizing, taking customers out. at another opportunity they didn't even ask us if we wanted to drink. 10 minutes to eat, to recognize them, just forget, I asked politely about water they brought right after our meal. if they are not for the service, this place is in order, but I would recommend not go there if they hope to have a party or nice time out.
Located at 1B/186 Nathan St in Aitkenvale, this spacious restaurant offers a variety of delicious dishes. We started with samosas and chicken tikka for our appetizers and enjoyed Kadhai chicken and Saag Gosh lamb for our main courses, all of which were served in generous portions. Our waitress was delightful, providing excellent service throughout our meal. Although they do not allow BYO, they made up for it by offering us a discount on a different bottle of wine when our preferred option was not available.
