Before returning to Normandy, we made a stopover at ajaccio and discovered the Hermine nestled in a quiet street above the port. we enjoyed the pleasant terrace and were able to enjoy the delicious Breton pancakes and pancakes! A nice address, in a quiet street. Super card, unusual pancakes (Spanish a tuerie), with all the classics found in a crêperie. Warm welcome by enthusiasts. The restoration is currently suffering from this health crisis, on our scale we support our French know-how and this art of the table.Next time I come to ajaccio I return to it. Go without hesitation.
