Falcon Brewing - Ajax

Stopped in for a flight of hoppy beers. Not overly impressed. The IPAs were more like pale ales in their hop character and malt body. Maybe their other beers are better, not sure. Only had the hoppy ones and was disappointed.

My first time finally visiting the Falcon! Small place, but it was a great experience. The staff were friendly and attentive to our group of 8, provided options and suggestions on beers to try, and were quick to respond to an email request for a reservation. I didn't get the idea that they had much of a food menu, our group ordered from Pizza Pinos across the street which seemed like the normal thing to do. We arrived at 6:30pm and no one else was there it started picking up at about 7:30pm. Last call was at 10 and they closed at 11 (Saturday). Will definitely go back especially when the patio opens again!

Came back today to try the new ginger beer, not bad but I still prefer the bomb girl. It went down one star as the service was not as good today as my experience from last week. I walked up asking for suggestions and it wasn't as helpful and welcoming as my first experience..

Beer is great, staff even better and now they serve food! Always enjoy the new brews available!

Great beers and southern exposure patio. All make for a good experience. Steak and ale pie, bierwurst and beer cheese all made with their products for take home. I also enjoyed the hot pretzel while sampling beer
