Pho Metro - Ajax

This was my first time at this location as I've been to the Scarborough location and loved it The ordering process was very easy but the waiting process took long and was not given updates on how much longer my order was going to beThank goodness the food was great tasting. Will go again but call ahead

The Pho was good, nothing that makes it superior to any in the region. They limited the lime to 1/2 of a wedge to 2 people and 1 stalk of basil- not very generous for someone that likes lots of both. The rice paper roll pretty basic. friend had something called shredded pork and beef. Again basic white rice, raw cabbage a salad made with cold noodles and a little pork. When we questioned the waiter - that's what it is - no offer of any alternative! The 2 slices of thin beef apparently tasty but probably no more 50 grams beef. We were not enthused won't be back! Others better!

Good place for plate lunch. Vietnamese type of cuisine like pho and meat dishes with either rice or rice noodle. Service seems to vary from week to week due to a constance change of waitstaffs.

It has been a couple years since we last visited this place. I think the food was good last time, but I am sure it has improved. The place is still a little Spartan, but clean and bright. Wait staff is polite and prompt. Price is about spot on still portions are large. Have recommended to others in the past and will do in the future.

We went two days in a row to Pho Metro with family and both times the food and service were outstanding. The spicey pho beef soup was tasty and eye appealing to the senses. Great location off Kingston road with easy access for parking. Will visit again
