Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI placed a catering order a day in advance for lunch at work, specifying that it should be ready for pickup by 11:45 the next day. However, when I arrived, the order was not ready. I called at 11:50 to inform them that we were running a few minutes late, and was told that my order should be ready when we arrived. It felt as though they hadn’t even realized I had placed an order until I reached out. I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt—perhaps there was an issue with the online ordering system? Overall, I was disappointed with the experience. We ended up receiving the food at 12:30, even though we were only 10 minutes away.
Freaky slow delivery! 2 hours and 10 minutes to have delivery 1 mile down the road! 4th or 5th time ordering with this type of wait time with no call. Called for refund... told no. Will dispute with CC company and file with BBB for false advertisement.
I've ordered from this restaurant several times during lunch, and they are consistently late. A friend ordered her delivery at 12:51 and didn't receive her sandwich until 2:31, despite her location being only a 6-minute drive away. It's unbelievable.
I was very disappointed with my experience. It took 50 minutes for my delivery to arrive, and when it finally did, the driver rolled down the windows, making my food completely cold. It seemed like all I could smell was marijuana. I assume they must have been distracted the entire time, which is probably why my order took so long. I definitely won't be ordering from this place again. The service was subpar, and the manager was not helpful at all. Thanks, Jimmy John's, but that was my last order.
Love getting the wrong orderWaited a few weeks needed lunch and once again received an order that wasn’t even close to mine. Minutes after ordering at the counter. How is that even possible.
