Long John Silver's Taco Bell - Alamosa

I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant. Each time I visit, they've run out of something. Today, there was no ice for walk-in customers, no red sauce, no chicken, and the service was terrible. The manager was rude and unpleasant. I don’t know who the owner is, but they really need to consider making some changes or closing down. I won’t be returning, so please take my advice and stay away. You’ll thank me later.

I highly recommend staying away from this restaurant! The cleanliness is questionable, and the staff doesn't seem very present or engaged. The cashier gave off a zombie-like vibe, which was concerning. I can't understand what kind of management is responsible for hiring such individuals. Alamosa seems to be losing its charm! It's really disappointing!

The drive-thru speaker has been out of order for weeks. There's a frequent turnover of staff, which makes me wonder if the pay is low. As a result, the quality of the food is inconsistent due to the ongoing staff changes and being understaffed.

One of the last remaining Long John Silver's in the area, and it’s just as great as I remember. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, the food is fresh and delicious, and the lobby is clean.

The drive-thru took 10 minutes, despite there being only a few customers inside, so that shouldn't have affected the wait time. The corporate standard is to process orders in under 3 minutes. However, the drive-thru attendant was friendly and attentive.
