Hungry Jack's - Albany

We had to wait for half an hour before even being served. When we finally got our food there was no clean table to sit at. We had to wait even longer for a staff member to care enough to clean the mess. Disgusting

I took my family for a quick meal, the order was stuffed up, no condiments given and the staff extremely rude. If I ever go here again it's too soon.

No care given by staff at all burgers just slapped together,money snatched out of my hand, no hello, no regard for the fact I asked for no pickles and I actually felt and got the impression i was a total inconvenience to them by ordering...More

Ordered three stunner meals. They tried to give us an extra drink which we didn't want, food was cold and inedible, most of it thrown away and no sundaes. We had already left by the time we realised the ice cream was missing. We had a five minute drive to our hotel and couldn't be bothered going back.

The most unfriendly staff by far, aside from being served after I waited for 10 minutes standing in front of the counter. I sat down with my family and did not heard that my order is done. They just left our order in the counter till I pick it up. Nobody gave any courtesy that maybe I did not heard them calling.
