You no longer feel mozzarella milk and scamorza insipide caciocavallo looks like a potato.... Surely they use so much cheaper and faster. They are no longer typical handicraft products from Puglia.
You can't imagine the goodness of cheese...you just have to try them! The lady besides is very kind and helpful!! Well equipped also for those who have to make a long journey and do not want to deprive themselves of bringing home these delights...we for example will have 10 hours of travel and the lady has put everything inside to boxes of polystyrene with inside the ice, guaranteed that they keep up to 24 h.
We made very fresh and delicious cheeses and then savor them with local bread. The Lady who served us was very kind to portion the ricotta and the burrata. A real bean you try will remain fully satisfied.
I am in love with fresh dairy products such as mozzarella and burrate, so we take advantage of our visit to Alberobello to try local products and see the difference compared to other places in Puglia. We visit this dairy that was recommended to us. Indeed, the products are fresh and of excellent quality. Excellent caciocavallo; of mozzarella I have eaten better. But the burrata is screaming! Squisita!
