Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI think this place is incredible! I ordered the green plate that had a wonderful cabbage with orange peel, sesame and mushrooms. Accompanying, that was a killer butternut squash soup and I ordered some black beans for extra protein. Of course, I had to get one of their world-class deserts – almond butter chocolate cake, jum!
After 5 visits to this restaurant, my experience was terrible. During my first visit I ordered at the counter, and I was told that it would take about 20 minutes to get my food. After 35 minutes the owner came and asked me what I had ordered, just to discover that my food was not yet prepared. 45 minutes after my order, I finally got my food. Not a good start and very unprofessional. The same happened at my second visit, I was there for a take-out or waited at least 35 to 40 minutes with people who came after me to get their food served them first. Ridiculous! My third visit, I decided to keep calling so that my order would be ready when I arrived. My order was ready, but I said no spicy flavors in my food. When I came home with my order, I was so sharp, I couldn't even eat it. I took my order back just to let the staff say they can repay my money, but they can give me another dish. Bad customer service. During my fourth visit, they took my order and said it was about 20 minutes. After 35 minutes I noticed a box of food sitting on the counter and no one was paying attention enough to check which order it was. I approached the counter and said, Is that my order? Of course, It was my order, just sitting there cold. Staff confusion seemed to be a pattern. Today I have put another phone order to try to have things ready as soon as I arrived. When I entered her business, there's a sign on the left that says order here. On the right side there is a sign that says picking up to go orders. Instead of allowing me to go to the pick-up counter for my order, instead of going fine under both characters! So my order put on the counter cold, while I was waiting for other people to order their food that hadn't called for. My question is: Why do you have a sign for orders when you 're going to use this space for new orders? Very rude!! You should at least train your employees to recognize the difference between the sign, because you are the one who sets the signs? I would like to go further to this restaurant, but there seems to be a pattern of unprofessionality and personal confusion when orders are ready and which counter is for ordering or picking up. Other restaurants I visited in the Santa Fe area do not have this problem, and they seem to get orders with a high degree of professionalism. I don't know what the problem with this restaurant is, but they always seem confused
Every time I thru abq or santa fe, Anna Purnas is my way to grub! I believe in the healing power of food and this place is full of love and good energy! The Aubergine Hummus pack is Amazills! Daal divine. Do not forget the vegan desserts or the delicious chai. Nomnom
Annapurna is organic, vegan friendly and serves amazing dishes. The Lebanese Wrap is probably my Fav thing on the menu I never had a bad experience here and come quite often! Annapurna is never disappointed.
Loved that their menu is so large and there is something for everyone, all of the items my groups tried were delicious and incredibly inexpensive!
