Burger 21 Albuquerque

I come here quite often and the food is consistently good! I am allergic to nightshade and gluten, so I always get a gluten-free bread and sweet potatoes. Today I forgot to order both? The manager Sumner immediately took care of it, even if it was my fault to forget! I cleaned a whole new meal within minutes and checked for me halfway. A1 service and the burgers and sweet potatoes are absolutely fire! Most recommend. Burger 21 is Legit?

The fries/strings are ALWAYS amazing. I ordered #64 Hawaiian BBQ Chicken *Sub 2 Fried Tenders, Sub Lettuce Bun, Sub Pepper Jack, Page 21 Sauce. I saw the cashiers went back to tell the person that my order was made wrong, but she told her her fine and she then stacked my bag so I couldn't see there were no changes to the order. I only noticed when I came back to the office and opened the bag. I am very disappointed because it was a wrong order and not fixed, but simply ignored.

Very good burgers. Perfectly cooked. Customer service was excellent. Cook twice with me immediately checked for my individual order to make sure it was right. Eating runner was on it and very polite. Will definitely be back.

That was a place where I visited a lot. I went to a big burger today. I asked my burgers well. I went on to get condodiments and saw that all bins were dirty and dirty. I was out. That was 12:00 so it wasn't the lunch break. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and it was pretty rough. You weren't paper towels. It was obvious that it was not cleaned in a while. I got my burger and sat down. The table was sticky. My burger wasn't well done. There was also water on the ground and a bucket of dirty water in the middle of the ground. I'm not going back!

First time here. Custom service was horrible, especially the girl with the pink in her hair. She wouldn't let us finish ordering without interrupting. And what do ya know! Our order was wrong! We waited 20 minutes to get our correct order. The manager was sitting in the corner pretending to do paper work and saw how upsetting the situation was and never got off his seat to come over to rectify the situation. All this for a mediocre burger. Will not be going back.
