Ichiban Japanese - Albuquerque

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious and the service is good. The only improvement could be faster refills, but overall a positive experience.

We tried the lunch combos with beef short ribs, which my husband always orders. This restaurant is a mix of Korean and Japanese cuisine. Some of the Korean dishes are quite spicy, so if you enjoy spicy food, you'll love it here. We have visited a few times and tried the Bento for 2, Galbi beef short ribs with rice, seaweed salad, California roll, miso soup, and more. All the food has been delicious and the service is very friendly. We will definitely be returning to try more dishes.
