The signs indicate that they open at 7 AM, and their website states the same. However, when I arrived at 7:20, they told me to wait another 10 minutes. I returned only to find out that they wouldn't open until 8 AM. The staff here makes it feel as though placing an order is a hassle for them.
We arrived an hour before closing, but we were informed that the lower tables were already unavailable. My friend, who has a progressive neurological disorder and uses a wheelchair, was not allowed to sit at one of the lower tables. The female server's attitude was dismissive, stating that that section was closed. She suggested we use the high tables or sit at the bar, which was inappropriate given my girlfriend's wheelchair. Her rudeness was unexpected, and I couldn't understand why we weren't permitted to use a table designated for wheelchair users. Ultimately, we didn't order anything to eat and have decided not to return to this place. My friend was very upset by the experience.
The kids they hire are clueless. This kid really just put more mayo on my sandwich than ham. The people in front of me were upset about something as well.
Worst subway place i have ever seen. This subway will be on my blacklist
