The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I tried my first taste of poutine and it was delicious. They had a great selection of beers at a reasonable price.
During our family outings, we like to visit local microbreweries to sample new beers. We have been visiting this particular brewery for many years and children are always welcome. However, on a recent visit at 2:15pm on a Tuesday, our children were not allowed in. It seems that this establishment leans more towards being a bar than a brewpub due to certain laws. Despite this, we enjoyed the scene and atmosphere. The place was empty when we arrived at 2pm, but we were still served drinks. The kids enjoyed their tasty lemonades while my wife and I tried a few beers - I had a DIPA and my wife had a Belgian style ale, both of which were decent but not exceptional. The decor of the brewery is cool with large open windows, plenty of seating inside and some outside. Overall, it seems like a great spot for adults to enjoy drinks with friends, but maybe not the best choice for families looking to enjoy beer together.
