A good menu with well prepared and presented dishes. Attentive and knowledgeable service. Perhaps a little overpriced, but that is a minor criticism.
Mixed thoughts here. 3.5 would probably be more accurate. The food was nice, but expensive. Restaurant was clean and comfortable but overall a little disappointing. Portion sizes were small. My espresso was larger than my coconut sorbet (although it was very tasty). Parmigiano restaurant not allowing you to earn or redeem parmigiano bonus points rounded it off. If you do go, the beef bruschetta is great, and the lasagne was nice. I expected more from the sides (given the price). Prices here are more expensive than SNeG and Chalet (in shymbulak) and both offer more ambiance and value for money. Also waitress wasn't exactly cheerful but that's subjective. Again food was nice but plenty of other places a fraction of the cost and more endearing (Chef, Kraft, honey honey)
Very good kitchen but service is continually pressure 'up-selling '.. its does not make for relaxed dinner... for this category of restaurant you can find better options. Avoid or take someone from the bazaar to manage the waiters
They allow people to smoke though it is strictly forbidden in restaurants in the country. What ever room or floor they smoke in, the air conditionner is spreading the disgusting cigarette or cigar smell to all guests, among which are often babies. We told the management -2nd time in a week-, they replied that there was a VIP person smoking on the 3rd floor (we then are simple guests from the first floor.. . Don't come to this place, food can be as good with much better air and service in another one.
