Friendly staff, kinda pack with diner during lunch time. Service is good.

Popular KFC outlet in the Lotus Mergong. Located next to Pizzahut. Food quality is standard. Service is good and the staff is helpful.

Wrong order given grab food. There is no instruction option also on apps. Chicken taste was really good than other kfc outlets.

Its very konveniance..nice place... but yr windows need curtain after 4pm cause sunset through window is not convenient and the frontline employees need more training on good service and hospitality.tq keep the good image of KFC.28 DEC 2018

Nice environment after renovation...... product tasted good and quite fresh..... but the speed of serving is quite slow.... sometimes line off card payment and other payment method not allow... only cash payment allow..... usually not so crowded especially not at peak hour.... during peak hour some tables might not clean up yet.... service of this restaurant is just normal... can't expect too much
