Subway - Alpena

The sandwich artist who made my sandwich was awesome. She listened to what I wanted and even made a suggestion. I will definitely go back, next time I am in town.

As a former subway employee I was taught to treat the customer with respect and care about how much or how little toppings they wanted ect.I was surprised whenever I would ask for a small about of sauce they put an unholy amount on. Makes me feel like walking out everytime.The manager/owner is amazing but some of the employees need to do their job right!

First time in this Subway. Clean. Well lit. Knowledgeable AND QUICK servers. Food was great...like always. Tried the foot-long chocolate chip cookie. Yummy! Lunch was good! Just wish prices could come down.... ?

Way over priced . Three people on line to make a sandwich is a waste of time and money. I've never in my life paid $25 plus for two sandwiches that had really nothing on them. Could go in a grocery store get all the fixings to make three time the amount of what I got . It's a fast food not a 4 star restaurant.

This has to be the absolute worst subway there is in Alpena sandwich thrown together customer service is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. They crammed 6 subs in 1 bag handles ripped and then they laughed about it. Never again will I spend another dollar at this place.they don't even deserve 1 star.
