‪filini Bar Restaurant‬

One of a delightful dining experience again a newbie in the Italian fine dining I was offered with Caprese as a starter served with a generous slices of cheese over a burned cherry tomatoes garnished with fresh festo, mint leaves, and a freshly baked biscuit. Next was the bowl of seafood pasta and pan of sun dried tomatoes and mushroom pizza. Not just good-looking plates but awesomely delicious as well. Our server Nanette was helpful and friendly, she knows the menu, and a very good server. The ambience itself was cozy with a frame of the Godfather-Italian mobster hanging in the far centre of the entire room accentuates the dining area.

The Italian food has such an authentic taste. The seafood platter was beautifully decorated and everything tasted amazing! I love the pesto pasta.. homemade fusilli, so tasty! The risotto was delicious too

Amazing experience guided by the chef Araz Rzayev through his signatures. Gnocchi, Tuna, Pizza and Pasta revisited ...dreaming to came back again.

Went for a stay-cation to Radisson Blu Ajman on the National day weekend and discovered this beautiful Italian Restaurant in the lobby! We had a tuna starter which was delicious, especially the jus! followed by the Gnocchi with lemon zest! But my favourite was the Risotto! The pizza which my daughter had was also amazing! Compliments to the chef as the food tasted so FRESH... Later I came to know that even the pasta is made fresh and in-house! Considering its Ajman, this restaurant is a hidden gem. Highly recommended for Italian food aficionados!

So what makes ‘Filini’ different from other Italian restaurants in this region? The authenticity of course. The interiors of this place is beyond amazing spacious, bright and beautiful. The staff is very hospitable and friendly. They always serve you with a warm smile and they are super attentive too. The chef was definitely a mastermind. We started out with mushrooms and cheese as appetizer which was my favorite . The main course was home made pasta which tasted good but not something I would go for. My partner loved it of course. The dessert was the highlight. A combination of crumbs and gelato mix served in a huge bowl. Safe to say I licked it clean. This place is a must try!
