Ken's Steaks Ribs - Amber

I've been there at least 900 times, and that alone says a lot. I now live in Amarillo, Texas, and there's no Ken's here!

I visited this restaurant for the first time this weekend, and it was a delightful surprise! My steak was incredible—tender and cooked to perfection. The potato paired beautifully with the meal. My friend ordered the ribs, and I had a taste of those as well; they were cooked perfectly too.

You know how some restaurants serve you chips and salsa when you sit down? Well, at Ken's, they surprise you with a basket of ribs instead. Mmmmm...

A small town place with the best steak I have ever tasted. Cash only, but four of us ate for less than $80. Only items on the menu are sirloin steaks, prime rib, brisket and ribs. All come with the a potato and the salad bar which includes fantastic fried okra and a big pot of really good pinto beans (the kind that have cooked all day not from a can). Between the four of us we tasted all of the meat choices and they were all great.

That was the best grill I ever had.
