Waffle Love American Fork

Absolutely delightful! I always opt for the Strawberry and Nutella, but I add extra strawberries and double the whipped cream. The fried chicken is incredible as well—it's so juicy on the inside and perfectly crispy on the outside.

I had higher expectations for the to-go orders. We ordered three waffles: one Nutella Love and two Chicken Tartines. Both my wife and I found that our tartines were drenched in raw egg—it's as if they simply cracked an egg over the chicken, expecting it to cook in the box. While the dining experience in the restaurant has been great, I can't recommend the carry-out option, especially since both of our orders were completely covered in raw egg.

Food was delicious! Got the chicken waffles, which did not disappoint. What was a bit off was being delivered the food without napkins or silverware. Then I approached the front to get some silverware only plastic. Had to wait while the gal up front helped other customers (who came up after me) to then inquire about regular silverware. Then was told by another staff member that they were out. Apparently they were all in the dishwasher. The food was also serviced with syrup and sauce in plastic containers, and water cups also plastic. No real glasses or cups. Why so much reliance on single use plastic??? Furthermore, dishes were piled high at the back, tables needed wiping down, and they were not busy. I was the only customer there for most of my meal. I do everything I can to avoid unnecessary use of plastic, including going back out to my car for my water bottle. Recommend more staff training, less single use plastic.

The waffles are great, but I went in to the restaurant when it was totally empty near 6:40 and ordered quickly on the kiosk. The employees stood around talking for near 20 minutes only stopping occasionally throughout the conversation about their favorite restaurantes to work on my order.Don’t want to be that guy but maybe focus on the one order first. Thank you
