I was supposed to receive 8 hot wings but ended up with only 6 wings and one small, burnt piece of chicken. Overall, I would rate the food a 2, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 2.

We arrived at KFC two hours before closing, but when we walked in, no one greeted us. We were informed that room service was not available and that we would need to use the drive-thru. That was manageable, but when we placed our order, we were told they had run out of chicken! How does a KFC run out of chicken? We ended up leaving with some greasy burritos instead. At the very least, the staff inside could have given us a heads-up. To top it all off, we were served warm Pepsi that was flat and tasted terrible. This was the worst fast food experience I've ever had. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
