I was there between 11:30 a.m. and 2 a.m., there was a very long line and many people, and the staff made a good work to finish all the accusations and not that someone waits long. eating is usually good and not overcooked. I really like the combo special of the 3 tacos del carbón and the original pollen bowl combo. Currently they have different tostadas they have on the menu (juni 2022) and the baja garnelen tostada was great!
We visited disneyland and wanted a break from the parking kitchen. should have read the reviews before order curbside . our mistake. we ordered 2 burrito combos and another burrito and drink. never have the burrito or drink. we were back in our hotel and tried to call 5 times and no one took the phone to let them know about our missing items. read reviews and should have recognized this place, is remarkable for missing food and cutlery. So I sent the office by e-mail, hoping they'll do it right. we are from Canada and now back home....so note that if they could order, they could possibly be torn off....but the food we got was good. so I am not knocking the quality of the food, but the lack of customer service.
Article is always missing from my order and today I forgot to check. I wanted to see it when I came home. the problem is that this is the only El-Peco-Loco near my home. where are my tortillas?
This critique is concerning El Pollo Loca store 5400 Near the corner of Ball Road and Anaheim Blvd in the city of Anaheim. After taking my order the cashier who was handling money proceeded to place lid on my takeout order with unwashed hands! When I requested that she wash her hands she proceeded to the sink and was not there for even 5 seconds. When I requested that she return to sink to really was her hands she told her manager and her manager went to the sink instead of the employee to wash her hands. The manager washed her hands thoroughly, but proceeded to the already contaminated container and bag the cashier was previously preparing and completed the preparation and attempted to hand me the contaminated container and bag. When I refused it the manager became indignant and stormed off. When I requested another meal in an uncontaminated container the manager refused to speak to me, putting her hand up as if you say I am not speaking to you . When I ask her her name she would not answer (she was not wearing a name tag). She became angry with me because I refused to eat my meal from a container and employee handled with unwashed hands after handling cash filthy money in the middle of a pandemic that has killed millions of people. My intelligence was insulted. The manager exhibited the poorest example of customer service to her employees I have ever seen. She has 0 concern for the welfare of her customers.
Cosy, friendly service. Worked by entertainment nearby (Disneyland and Angel Stadium) but still fast service. You can help at the beverage station, but Salsas stay... It's much less mess.
