El Pollo Loco - Anaheim

Manager/ owner consistently does not have enough staff at dinner. Lines are long 10 15 minutes to order and then wait time before food is ready is another 10 to 15 minutes. Dining room is always dirty. The staff is busy just trying to serve customers.

Very incompatible with being open. They seem to close whenever, never post when they are closed. What is the problem, bad administration, lack of supplies, employees do not work? Not existent service, no need to try anymore. I shared this information with neighbors and friends so they can make other plans. The other quick food choice in the same parking has never got this problem.

I ordered the double chicken tostada salad..never disappoints! Except today. ? Unfortunately they served me old avocado and alot of lettuce cores. It took the ladies almost 5 minutes to get my order I'm just standing there like a moron the least you can do is acknowledge the customer simple greeting is fine.

I've been ordering the mobile app for many months and the cashiers always seem to be upset about something. Today I ordered before the time, came to the restaurant when it said it was just ready to lock the door. I knocked for about 2 minutes, but everyone just looked away. Finally, I had to go through the line for a very long journey. I'm just in there, but I'm sure if I get my food, it'll be cold. Will not be used with the app or order from this storage. Thank you for the terrible experience of el Polo loco from Santa Ana Canyon. If I wanted to wait in a long drive through the line, I wouldn't order through an app or knock on a door for 2 minutes.

Every time I go there they are closed hours before closing time. I went there today at 6 and they close at 9:30. I went through the drive through and waited for 15 mins for someone to take my order. Well no one was in there. The place was empty and there were cars behind me ready to order their food. I?m very disappointed in this location. If you aren?t open at least close your drive thru and change your hours.
