Ordered takeout. Chicken was still nice and crispy at home. The pieces are very moderately sized and the chicken thighs are cut into rectangles rather than a whole piece, which I actually prefer more. I wanted to try this place out because they claim that the batter is better due to using rice flour. I agree. The batter was light, crispy and delicious. It didn't feel greasy at all. The chicken is very moist and tender as well. I got the half and half, with the original and the sweet and spicy. The original one is slightly spicy and you can taste the batter more, but I loved the sweet and spicy. It was spicy, but not the type that made me want to drink a lot of water. The sweetness complimented it very well. I was surprised how crispy the chicken stayed despite being covered in sauce. Overall, I'd get this again. The corn cheese I got this because a lot of people said it is a must get, but for the amount and price, I rather get another order of chicken. A tiny take out box costs nearly 11! It's not worth it no matter how good it taste. The corn is canned, and is coated in a lot of butter. I also saw some carrot pieces in it. The cheese was very tasty, but not worth the price. Would definitely come back for the chicken again.
Tasty crispy fried chicken. The wings sizes are good. Dine in or take out, they deliver as well. This place is now on my list of favorite fried chicken
Fried chicken and beer seem to be all the rage in S.Korea and the USA. I decided to check it out especially since they use rice flour on their fried chicken and that's gluten free. We came around 4 pm and there was only 2 other people in there eating. I'm guessing it gets busier later in the evening. I ordered the original chicken since some of the sauces has soy in it and soy isn't gluten free. They gave us a complimentary side of cabbage with thousand island dressing. I also ordered a side of kim chi and plain rice. The chicken was crispy and tasted ok. As my Mom would say nothing to write home about . If you are celiac or gluten free it's an great option. I didn't get sick so I would go back. It's hard to find fried chicken that's gluten free.
