When inquiring about their coupon policy, as I am not a frequent customer and was unfamiliar with their specific procedures, the order taker displayed an unprofessional attitude and responded with sarcasm. Despite speaking clearly and audibly, the order taker insisted that he could not hear us and came out to address us in person. This was our first time attempting to use coupons at Wienerschnitzel, and we were merely seeking clarification on the process. There was no justification for the order taker's condescending tone and demeanor to the point of making me feel uncomfortable. When asked if he was upset, he confirmed that he was. It is understandable that working night shifts can be challenging, but if this individual is unable to maintain a professional and courteous attitude while interacting with customers, it may be advisable for him to seek alternative employment opportunities that better align with his disposition. The situation spoiled the food for me, and now I've lost my appetite, which led to a waste of money. I now learned that I will not be returning to this establishment during the night shift due to the unpleasant demeanor of the employees.
Quality of food has gone downhill over the years... especially when you factor in the steadily increasing prices. Not much food or value for the money anymore. Good service is the only thing that keeps the rating above two stars.Their french fries are still some of my favorite options.

No public restrooms they say it's broke but you can't tell me employees work 8 to 10 hour days and don't go to the bathroom but the sundaes are
