I have a five star as I appreciate people working when others, well, aren't. I rarely see the same people each time I visit lately. I'm disappointed the potato cakes are no longer sold, but that isn't a worker choice so I didn't rate on that. I typically have thanked workers for being there to feed us hungry folks, and it seems employees appreciate that. Such a little thing can go such a long way for these workers and everyone should try it. Sorry staffed means longer wait time. Don't gripe or yell at them as it isn't their fault, nor that of the managers or owners. This is nationwide as I have family all over experiencing the same things. It is also not just fast food places. If folks are there working, just take a couple seconds to say thank you. If you can't, or don't want to wait, then go home and fix a sandwich. You can even yell at yourself if you get it wrong. I won't stop you, and yelling may make you feel better about your day, just don't to this to others. My food was as ordered and it timely. Arby's is one of my favorite fast food places to go!
We pulled in to the C Street location of Arbys just before 11pm tonight hoping they were still open as we were all starving and couldn’t find anywhere who was still serving food. We were excited to find out that the drive thru was still open at this location. But we knew that showing up, right before closing, with a hungry crowd of 6 adults, was likely not going to be met with anything but tired employees ready to go home. But we were beyond pleasantly surprised! A very friendly female voice greeted us through the speaker, and rather than hearing frustration for the lateness of the hour, she even bantered back and forth with my humorous husband and friends. She took our order, double checking to make sure all was correct and sent us to the window where the kindness continued. We found out her name was Kathryn, and I wanted to make sure I named her in this review. She was as kind as she could be to a hungry, exhausted crowd, and it was so appreciated! Also, whoever was doing the cooking made sure everything came out quickly, hot and delicious. We will likely stop in again before we head home at the end of the week. Thank you all again!
I 'm super bummed to be leaving this review. For one I know service industry is hard work and hate to not leave a 4 or 5 stars, but we were really frustrated with our visit. We placed an order online for pickup, and my partner went to pick it up with oursleeping 2 year old in her carseat, so he went through the drive through and the woman seemed to be having a not great day, andtold him he had to go inside to pick up. So he wakes up our daughter and goes inside, and then they tell him it 's not even readyyet. So then he 's standing inside waiting with a half asleep 2 year old not sure how he is even going to carry the 3 drinks and3 bags and her. And when he got back to our hotel we were missing multiple items like sauce, straws, napkins, and dessert thatwe included in our order. The items weren 't life or death obviously. And no one part was over the top bad, but the experience aswhole was just disappointing. The instructions for pickup do say it 's possible to get your pickup order through drive through, and it would have been nice customer service if she had atleast let him know hey sorry your order isn 't ready yet and when itis you 'll have to pull around and come in . That to say we still love arbys just wish we had been able to have a betterexperience this time.
POTENTIAL HEALTH HAZARD 9/29/22 around 1:54PM, I ordered a meal via drive-thru. As I?m driving back to work eating my food, I swallowed something sharp. I didn?t think much of it and as I went to take another bite, I noticed a broken bread clip in themiddle of my sandwich. I returned to the restaurant with the half eaten sandwich, asked for a refund and explained why. Aftershowing the manager a picture, she told the two employees to come over and look at the same picture. Of course they played dumband apologized. The manager gave me my refund and apologized again while trying to offer coupons. I declined and left afterreceiving my refund. I started to get a sore throat at work not long after then hours later, my stomach is hurting. I?m feelingsick so hopefully the broken bread clip will pass. Accidents happen, but this is a sharp object in someone?s food and could havebeen avoided. If a small child ate that, they could?ve ended up in the emergency room. I?ll make sure to update this review if Ihave any further complications.
