Nevertheless, we stayed polite and simply asked for our sum, so we can be prepared how well costumers do, he left an annoyed sigh and said he let us know on the window. We go into the window and watch him throw our order in the bag. We understand being short staff and dealing with stress, but it is on costumes that are polite, even if you are not disgusting. He's one of many workers here with the same attitude. Better training should be prioritized, shameful.
Very bad service. We ordered 3 free cups of water when we first place our order Then we also mentioned it in the payment window. Order was issued for 3 persons. Hardly adapted women were very rude and disgusting to give free cups of water. Our order was for combos. That was for lunch. It was not the first time that we encountered restlessness from the workers of the daily shift. Night shift workers are much more sensitive and friendly.
The children (workers) are too young, they do not know how they do their job, I stood at the counter to order good 3 minutes. The chef saw that he tried to say one of the 3-4 girls standing on the drive-dru window, I was on the counter. It took the store owner to go and say something for them actually take my order, not even the manager said something.
That was my first visit. To sum it up, I wish that was my Carls Jr. at home. It was very clean, the staff were all very nice, and the food was prepared as if they were proud of their work. scream to the woman on the line that my loaded burrito built at 10:45 ish 1/6/23) I loved Carls Jr. I hardly went to my house Carls Jr because of a decline in several categories. This location on Northern Lights should put the bar for other Carls Jr locations. Thanks to all the staff this morning for the memory how a great experience Carls Jr. can and should be. I have read some of the other negative reviews, so I would have been lucky to have crew/team in the right place at the right time. If this is the case, hopefully their professionalism and success will spread to other layers because I will be back in Anchorage for the next time.
I did not want to edit this positive review, but leave it and add a separate review for the same location. Alas, I cannot figure out how. So revision it is, and sadly it will not be a positive one. Not. Clean. I had trouble finding a clean place to sit. Not too busy staff, but staff trying to look like they were too busy. Staff was slow and less-than-attentive. 3 of them stamdind at the drive thru window 2/3 doing nothing. While a line formed at the indoor register. Staff seemed cold, rude, and bordered just short of this side of being disrespectful. The food was as good as you're going to get from fast food. But I am also a bit biased. I like their breakfast. So, it's unfortunate that the rest of my experience ruined my breakfast. We were seen and ignored by at least 3 of 5 staff visible.
