I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and got a wrap and was told oh sorry we didn’t change the sign. The food was awful. The restaurant was filthy, greasy sticky floor spilled stuff all over the counters should be shut down.
The service was not okay. The people making my food didn't look friendly or clean. The cashier was mumbling and quiet, and didn't answer our questions. Our food was delayed because our name/order number wasn't called out.The atmosphere was gross. All the machines were dirty and stained. The soda fountain and utensil station was trashed, as if no one had cleaned it up all day. Flies were everywhere, and the floor was sticky. I'm surprised most of the tables were cleared off, and we found a good spot to eat our food at.The burger was good, so were the fries. I just can't stop thinking about the sanitation of the people who prepared it.
This place and food here is trash. I've tried it three times on separate occasions. Disgusted with quality and service. I live abroad and was SO looking forward to eating at Wendy's for the first time in 3 years. The first time food was cold, second and third, food was cold and had hair in food. At these freakin prices I could get a massage and life advice with a jr bacon cheese burger in Japan. I hope the owner sees this. And you can go F yourself running an unsanitary establishment. Screw you
I last ate at a Wendy over a decade ago I think. It was a couple months after the baconator came out. I ordered it and it came with 4 2 inch long very narrow and thin strips of bacon looking nothing like the picture and after eating half the burger I had a small pile of 12 shards of bone fragments. I didn't even finish the burger. I just walked out and never came back.
Short staffed, poor girl on register first day doing her best, drive thru given priority over counter customers, when short staffed should close drive thru so employees can concentrate on just one counter and then everyone gets served in order. One customer waited about 1 hr for her order at inside counter.
