Oh man, if you 're looking for a place to have a wedding, I 've got to give a big shout-out to Perona Farms! As a wedding photographer, I 've been to my fair share of venues, and let me tell you, this place is the real deal.From the moment we arrived, we felt the warmth of the staff. They were on-point all day and treated everyone with respect and kindness. And they 've got this knack for making everything run smoothly without you even noticing. Like some kind of event ninjas, they 're there when you need them, and they vanish when you don 't. Talk about efficiency!This was our first time shooting at Perona, and the Barn, with its rustic charm and killer chandeliers, is like stepping back in time, but with all the modern conveniences you could need. Indoors and out, the place is like one giant postcard. There were countless spots for great photos! And yes, the food was also excellent.We have photographed over 100 weddings and have been to many venues around the Tri-State area and Perona Farms is a total gem. Their staff is on their A game and truly make an effort to create their bride and grooms ' wedding vision come to life. Hope to be back soon!

I had my rehearsal dinner at The Deburgh House on 7/19/23. It was absolutely amazing! The next day I got ready there and the house attendant Tammy was absolutely amazing! She made sure everything was done and taken care of before I even thought of it. She truly worked hard to make sure me, and my guests staying at the house were always taken care of! My wedding at Perona Farms (The Refinery) was on 7/20/23. It was truly the most magical day I’ve ever had! The staff was truly incredible and made sure I didn’t worry about anything! My day of coordinator Bre took care of problems before I even knew there were problems that had to be taken care of! The staff and the entire vibe made our night that much more incredible! I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect day. The grounds are beautiful and there are so many amazing photo opportunities!! Overall, I would rate Perona Fars, the staff, the food, the drinks and the vibe 100000/10!

I recently had the honor of officiating a wedding here, what a beautiful venue! The staff was amazing and the food was out of this world!

The Barn at Perona Farms in Sparta, New Jersey is truly an incredible wedding venue. The magnificence of the structure is only exceeded by the ability of the Perona staff to pamper its guests with wonderful service and food. It’s the perfect definition of a business that knows it’s further north than most venues… and makes up for it with their ability to throw a magnificent party. The Barn’s grounds (ceremony outside facing the barn), and their cocktail hour foods, and their reception dinner were all easily five star events! The Barn has the perfect combination of setting up the cocktail hour on the walk in level (beautiful newly covered outdoor patio included) and the reception in the spacious area upstairs. Both levels were perfectly air conditioned on our 80+ degree day. We had Yvette as our Senior Event Coordinator and Kim who assisted on the day of the wedding. Yvette is wonderful and gives such attention to detail and the wishes of the bride and groom. Both were responsive and kind and effective. We have to say that every food item on the day of the wedding was equal or better than the already great offerings from Perona’s famous “tasting nights…..” we didn’t think that was possible. We also opted for the get ready suites and we loved the service and ambiance there too. We thought the pricing was fairly reasonable but be prepared that every venue these days has a substantial “service fee.” At least we can say that the Perona staff earned every penny of that with their attention to detail and their constant pampering. Our guests have not stopped forwarding their compliments (and their photos that highlight even more beautiful moments at The Barn). Perona has 3 beautiful venues, we loved our choice of “The Barn.” Thank you Perona!

My husband and I got married in the refinery in April 2023. Everything was absolutely perfect. All of our guests could not stop talking about how gorgeous the entire place was and how incredible the food was! We couldn't believe how much food they serve throughout the night, it was definitely one of the highlights. The staff is absolutely the best and the service was impeccable. My eyelash started to come loose throughout pictures and one of the staff members drove out to a store and was back in under 5 minutes with some eyelash glue for me. That is just one example of how above and beyond they go for their brides and grooms. We had Marley as of coordinator and I can't say enough good things about her. She made our day incredible and made the entire planning process a breeze. I never had to worry about a single thing with her as my coordinator. She was so responsive to all my emails. We had Desiree and Heather as our day of coordinators who were also amazing! Perona makes everything so easy there and think of literally everything to make sure it all goes off without a hitch. I wish I could get married here every year. Thank you for everything!!!
